On Monday, 7/14, Sandy told us she had received a gorgeous pink and yellow scarf from one of her contacts, Tom, as a thank you gift. So she decided to post a challenge to us to make a card using those colors. She absolutely loves yellow and thought the pink combination with it was so lovely. I agree, and so I immediately got to thinking of a way to make a card with them. The scarf has a print on it that I thought looked like paisley and I have a set of Hero Arts stamps in paisley. Perfect! So here is my interpretation of the scarf in those colors.
AND as I was uploading this, I realized it was my Mom's birthday today. I lost her in 1999, but I still remember her on this day. I'm sure that was why I was subconsciously steered to a happy birthday card. Happy Birthday, Mom. <3
